Job Title: Technical Solutions Consultant (Contract) Remuneration: £40.38 (Hourly Rate) Location: Remote (UK) Contract Length: 12 Months Start Date: ASAP Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm (40 hours per week) Overview We are seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to act as a technical advisor and problem solver for clients using advertising technology platforms. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer success, providing expert support to clients and internal stakeholders while helping troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve platform adoption. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical thinking, technical troubleshooting capabilities, and excellent communication skills to deliver a high-quality support experience and drive issue resolution across multiple stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop expertise in advertising technologies, measurement solutions, delivery systems, and platform integrations. Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to clients and internal teams. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to advertising solutions and integrations. Escalate product defects and platform issues to engineering and product teams when required and help drive resolution. Deliver an exceptional customer support experience while ensuring service level agreements are consistently met. Identify opportunities to optimise and automate support processes and operational workflows. Manage a portfolio of technical support cases, prioritising effectively and working through multiple issues simultaneously. Research documentation and knowledge resources to identify solutions and best practices. Reproduce and isolate reported issues to determine root causes and recommend fixes. Communicate technical findings and resolution steps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Participate in client and stakeholder calls to gather requirements, diagnose issues, and explain solutions. Act as a liaison between clients, commercial teams, engineering teams, and product stakeholders. Required Experience
