Tax Return Oversight – ensure timely submission of tax returns and computations to avoid late penaltiesClient Communication – build strong relationships and provide proactive tax guidanceHMRC Management – assist with handling HMRC enquiries and correspondenceTeam Development – supervise and mentor junior staff where requiredIntegrated Working – collaborate with audit and accounts teams to deliver joined‐up client serviceImportantly, this role will involve preparing tax work as well as reviewing work completed by others, depending on experience.The Ideal Candidate Strong personal tax experience (essential)Exposure to trusts/IHT or corporate tax is beneficial but not essential – full support and opportunities to learn will be providedTax qualification preferred (ATT/CTA/ACCA/ICAS etc.) but not requiredComfortable balancing compliance with developing advisory skillsPositive communicator with strong technical accuracyAdecco Group UK & Ireland is an Equal Opportunities Employer.
