Talent Management Coordinator

£210 PAYE per day

Contract until 31st March 2026

London Liverpool Street – 2/3 days onsite

The role holder will primarily focus on supporting the implementation and management of Talent related programmes and interventions – delivering efficient and effective processes, projects and activities. The role is based in London but supports interventionsacross EMEA.

The role is part of the Talent, Learning and Development Centre of Excellence (COE) within HR. The purpose of the team is to attract and develop a diverse and high performing workforce with the capabilities to lead and evolve the global business now and into the future .

In order to achieve this the team provides specialist expertise and consulting to HR Business Partners and Clients at all levels within EMEA across a wide range of areas including:

  • Learning and Development
  • Talent Acquisition
  • Talent Identification (including assessment and succession planning)
  • Talent and Leadership Development Programmes
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Culture and Engagement

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Include:

  • Support EMEA nomination and selection processes for all Global and Regional Talent Programmes
  • Support implementation and ongoing management of all talent development programmes
  • Support recruitment, operationalising and monitoring Early Talent Programmes
  • Support onboarding and management of third-party vendors, including invoice processing
  • Support reviewing the effectiveness of talent development interventions, using data to provide insight and recommendations
  • Supporting projects as required
  • Effectively managing knowledge capture and documentation storage to enable smooth running repeatable processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor costs
  • Provide support to the team on logistical matters e.g. scheduling governance meetings, booking rooms for key meetings

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Knowledge:

  • Some knowledge / an interest in learning and organisational development theory and practice

Skills:

  • Analytical with an ability to look beyond the obvious, anticipating requirements and using data and insights to drive delivery
