Your New Role: As Service Lead - Commercial (Quantity Surveying), you will act as the Council's principal commercial lead for housing planned maintenance, improvement and capital programmes. Reporting to the Service Manager - Planned Maintenance, you will take ownership of cost control, contract management and commercial assurance across a diverse portfolio of housing and corporate property projects. You will lead cost planning, tendering, valuations, variations and financial reporting.
