About the Role
As a key front-of-house representative, you will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed while supporting the smooth operation of our site. Your professionalism and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Coordinate with security for seamless site access.
- Manage our visitor management system and keep accurate records.
- Update the electronic noticeboard with welcome messages and announcements.
- Travel & Logistics
- Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
- Book taxis and airport transfers, adhering to travel policies.
- Meetings & Events
- Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are well-equipped and inviting.
- Support coordination of site events and visits.
- Communications & Documentation
- Draught and circulate internal communications.
- Prepare and bind logbooks, maintain statistical reports, and scan documentation.
- Operational Support
- Provide administrative assistance to the Site General Manager and Site Services.
- Serve as a point of contact during the Executive Assistant's absence.
- Procurement
- Manage stationery supplies and liaise with suppliers for cost-effective solutions.
