  • Work closely with clinical and technical teams to ensure a seamless end‐to‐end customer experience.

This role includes regional travel, some overnight stays and occasional unsocial hours when required. You will also attend product training and internal meetings at the company’s UK head office in West Sussex.

Who We’re Looking For

Based in the Stoke / Derby area, you will be someone who enjoys working with clinical end users, thrives on variety and feels comfortable delivering training across multiple sites. You will be confident, organised, proactive and passionate about supporting healthcare professionals.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Living in the Stoke/Derby area with easy access to local clinical sites.
  • Full UK/EU driving licence.
  • Valid passport for occasional overseas training.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

Desirable Skills

  • Nursing or clinical background.
  • Experience working within Primary/Secondary Care environments.

  • Familiarity with medical analytical equipment or quality assurance processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and customer support experience.
  • Experience working with diverse, multicultural teams.

Why You’ll Love This Role
