Continuously improving current quality systems to enhance product and service quality. Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practise (GMP) for stock management, including quarantine, release, batch rotation, labelling, and storage. Overseeing document quality control, including issuing, tracking, and archiving. Collaborating with staff to ensure quality standards are met for both medicinal and non-medicinal products. Establishing quality requirements with external suppliers in partnership with the purchasing team. Conducting internal and third-party audits to ensure compliance with GMP standards. Supporting works responsibilities as the Deputy Qualified Person including handling customer complaints and liaising with regulatory bodies. A strong understanding of quality assurance and control principles. Familiarity with GMP and quality management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and associated software.
