What you’ll be doing:

  • Assembling and building precision electronic/mechanical products
  • Inspecting components to ensure quality standards are met
  • Kitting parts and supporting production processes
  • Calibrating finished products (training provided)
  • Recording production and calibration data
  • Packing products ready for customer delivery
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace

What we’re looking for:

  • Essential: Engineering qualification (Degree, HNC/HND or similar) or hands-on practical experience
  • A strong interest in hands-on, practical work
  • Demonstrable ability or hobby experience in building intricate models or detailed assemblies (e.g. model kits, 3D printing, robotics, DIY projects)
  • Excellent attention to detail and patience when working with small components
  • Good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
  • IT skills (Microsoft Office)
