Supply Chain Specialist

Location – London (Hybrid)

Duration – 3 months (Initially)

Ir35 – Inside (Must use an umbrella)

We\’re seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to support the procurement and management of supply chains within the Facilities Management (FM) and Capital Projects sectors. This role will be responsible for driving commercial efficiency, ensuring compliance with public sector frameworks, and supporting the delivery of best-in-class supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the procurement of supply chains through SBS, CWAS, or CCS frameworks.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with organisational and project objectives.
  • Draft and negotiate Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure robust supplier performance and accountability.
  • Provide commercial and contractual advice to internal stakeholders and project teams.
  • Support financial planning through detailed financial modelling and cost analysis.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, framework providers, and internal departments to optimise performance and value.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven background in supply chain management within the FM or Capital Projects
  • Demonstrable experience working with public sector frameworks (SBS, CWAS, CCS).
  • Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) qualification is highly desirable.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, with advanced financial modelling
  • Experienced in drafting SLAs, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with framework requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
