Warehouse is recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Warehouse Operative.
What You ll Be Doing:
- Safely handling, loading, unloading, and stacking materials
- Operating forklifts (Counterbalance and/or Reach Truck)
- Reviewing previous day’s output and ensuring production lines are fully supplied
- Maintaining a consistent flow of materials to the assembly line using Kanban systems
- Transporting materials efficiently while keeping the workspace clean and organised
- Carrying out stock counts and inventory checks
- Using computers and radios to support clear communication
- Working collaboratively to meet daily targets while adhering to health and safety standards
What We re Looking For:
- Valid Reach Truck and Counterbalance forklift licences
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and good teamwork skills
What s in It for You:
- Full-time hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00-17:00, Friday 08:00-14:00
- Breaks: Two paid 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Competitive pay: £13.21-£13.71 per hour, depending on licences
