We are currently recruiting for a Sales Account Manager on behalf of our client based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds. Our client is looking for a candidate comfortable in looking after both existing customers and also developing new business.

Salary: 28-33k (base) + Uncapped Commission

Hours: 08:00am-17:00pm

Holiday: 20 days + Bank Holidays

Role Responsibilities:

  • Managing and nurturing a portfolio of current B2B customer accounts, developing relationships and encouraging repeat orders.
  • Reaching out to prospective customers, identifying new leads and onboarding new clients.
  • Handling incoming sales enquiries, putting together accurate quotations for customers and giving consultative advice based on their requirements.
  • Meeting with customers to develop relationships and handle any issues they may have to improve service levels.

  • Previous sales experience, confident in reaching out to new clients.
  • Proactive and hungry to drive revenue growth.
  • I.T confident and able to adapt and use different systems.
  • Excellent telephone and email skills, professional and focused on delivering great Customer Service.
  • Self-motivated and able to work to targets.
