We are recruiting for a hands-on Production Technician to join a specialist engineering manufacturer supporting the assembly and testing of bespoke electro-mechanical products. This role involves mechanical/electrical assembly, working from engineering drawings, and carrying out in-process and final quality checks in a controlled production environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential.

Key Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or test environment
  • Ability to read engineering drawings and follow build instructions
  • Strong practical skills with hand tools and precision assembly
  • High standards of workmanship and quality focus
  • Able to work independently following training

Essential Qualification

  • Must hold a recognised qualification in live electrical testing (including three-phase systems)
  • Proven experience working safely with live electrical equipment is essential
