Our client is seeking flexible and reliable Summer Production Operators to join their pilot production team on a temporary basis throughout the summer period. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a live production environment while supporting an exciting operational project. The role will suit individuals with a technical or scientific background who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting and can confidently support both production and basic quality measurement tasks.
Assignment Details
- Contract Type: Temporary - Summer Cover
- Assignment Dates: 20th July 2026 - 28th August 2026
- Pay Rate: £16 per hour
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
- Candidates must be flexible to work shifts between 8:00am - 10:00pm, working 8 hours per day as required.
The Role
As part of the pilot production team, you will spend the majority of your time supporting hands-on production and material handling activities, while also carrying out simple, guided quality measurements under the supervision of the Process Lead. This is not a specialist laboratory role. Instead, our client is looking for individuals with enough technical understanding to follow procedures accurately, understand the purpose of the measurements being taken, and recognise when results or processes may not appear correct.
