Our client, a leading name in their industry, is currently looking to recruit for their Customer Care team. This is a brilliant company with clear progression opportunities looking for people with excellent customer service skills to look after their Hire and Service desks!
Salary: £32,000
Hours: 07:30am-17:00pm (Monday-Friday)

The role:
- Operating within the Customer Care team you will be responding to incoming calls and emails from customers, advising them on the company's products and services.
- Process orders on the company's in-house system.
- Liaise with internal departments like sales and transport to arrange smooth and timely delivery to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships, escalating any issues to Management.
- Take incoming calls relating to breakdowns, log jobs on the system and ensure they are actioned in line with agreed SLA requirements.
What are we looking for?
- Previous office-based Customer Service experience.
- Excellent levels of service and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, to KPI's and within timelines.
