Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections of incoming goods utilising measurement equipment and quality control plans (QCPs).
  • Ensure compliance of materials with specifications and maintain thorough documentation following Good Documentation practices (GDP).
  • Manage non-conforming materials and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders regarding quality issues.
  • Support in-process testing, inspections, and final product release processes.
  • Engage in Internal and 3rd party site audits and participate in SQDIP meetings.
  • Maintain supplier 'Quality Approved' samples and use business systems such as CATSWEB, SAP, Documentum, and Learn4U.

Qualifications (Essential)

  • Previous experience in a medical manufacturing environment
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Strong understanding of Good Documentation practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP)

Desirable

  • Experience with process improvement initiatives
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
