Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of incoming goods utilising measurement equipment and quality control plans (QCPs).
- Ensure compliance of materials with specifications and maintain thorough documentation following Good Documentation practices (GDP).
- Manage non-conforming materials and communicate effectively with suppliers and stakeholders regarding quality issues.
- Support in-process testing, inspections, and final product release processes.
- Engage in Internal and 3rd party site audits and participate in SQDIP meetings.
- Maintain supplier 'Quality Approved' samples and use business systems such as CATSWEB, SAP, Documentum, and Learn4U.
Qualifications (Essential)
- Previous experience in a medical manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, ISO 13485, and 21 CFR 820
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Strong understanding of Good Documentation practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing practices (GMP)
Desirable
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
