Adecco Public Sector is proud to be working in partnership with an innovative and dynamic organisation to recruit a Strategic People Business Partner on a permanent basis. Full time opportunity with hybrid working available. Based in London. Acting as a strategic people partner, you will drive people management initiatives and contribute to the achievement of the organisation's strategic plan. With your expertise, you will promote corporate values and shape a positive culture within the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure delivery of a cost effective, customer focused service whilst continually striving for excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organisation and the specific business area you are supporting to provide a full people partnering service.
- Translate people strategy into achievable plans and prioritise implementation.
- Establish effective relationships with business leads to provide valuable insights and interventions on people management strategies.
- Advise senior managers on effective people management practises, employee engagement, and the delivery of organisational objectives.
- Work with business leads to identify skill requirements and manage the resourcing and talent processes.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to develop learning and development plans and identify capability gaps.
- Contribute to the organisation's strategic approach to diversity, equity, and inclusion, embedding practises that promote DEI.
- Foster employee engagement and contribute to organisational development initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstrable HR generalist experience across a broad range of people functions and the full employee lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practice in HR.
- Experience managing your own employee relations caseload including complex cases.
- Ability to analyse and report on HR information and data.
- Previous experience of implementing and supporting change management including TUPE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to develop working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the organisation.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.
