Adecco are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Machine Operative to join our client located in Stoke on Trent, ST4 area. If you have previous machine operating experience and enjoy working in a busy manufacturing environment we want to hear from you!

What We Offer:

  • Hourly Rate: From £13.97
  • Temporary ongoing position
  • Full-Time Hours: Monday-Friday only.
  • Weekly rotating day and noon shifts as below:
    • DAYS: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-2:30PM and Friday 6:00AM-12 NOON
    • NOONS: Monday-Thursday 2.25PM - 10.55PM and Friday 11.55AM - 5.55PM

Your Role:

As a Machine Operative, you will play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating and monitoring machinery to ensure optimal performance
  • Conducting quality checks and inspections with precision
  • Reporting any issues where necessary
  • Collaborating with team members to meet production goals
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Packing items carefully and shrink wrapping ready for despatch
