Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a varied, hands-on role in a dynamic environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established operation where you'll play a vital part in keeping equipment, machinery, and facilities running smoothly.

The Role

You'll be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out planned maintenance and servicing
  • Diagnosing faults and implementing effective repairs
  • Maintaining machinery, plant, and site facilities
  • Supporting spare parts management and stock control
  • Working closely with the wider team to prioritise workloads
  • Upholding high standards of health, safety, and hygiene

Working Pattern

  • 44 hours per week
  • Flexibility to work across 4 or 5 days
  • 1 weekend in 3 (with 2 days off in the week when worked)
  • Participation in a shared out-of-hours callout rota

Salary: £48,000 - £52,000 DOE

What We're Looking For

  • Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge (Level 3 or above)
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • Experience with motors, drives, fault finding, and control systems
  • Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
  • Welding skills (advantageous)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence - essential

Additional Requirement

Due to the location, candidates must be able to drive and have their own transport.
