Location: Stevenage

Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.50 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Duration: Immediate start through to Christmas, with potential for a permanent position

We are currently recruiting for a Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and friendly team based in Stevenage. This is a varied role where approximately 60-80% of your time will be spent driving, with the remaining time assisting within the warehouse carrying out picking and packing duties.

Duties:

  • Loading and unloading deliveries
  • Driving stock and fittings between the two warehouses
  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Assisting with general warehouse duties
  • Maintaining accurate delivery and stock records
  • Ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Must be over 30 years old due to company insurance policy
  • Category B Licence essential
  • Previous driving experience preferred
  • Able to do HEAVY lifting
  • Comfortable with warehouse and manual handling duties
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work independently
  • Good attention to detail and time management skills
