In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively, while maintaining excellent standards of customer service.

Main Duties:
- Deal effectively and efficiently with customer orders and schedules, maintaining high customer service standards.
- Process customer orders on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to incoming emails and phone calls.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer queries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure continuity of supply.
- Assist in telemarketing and telesales projects.
- Prepare customer quotations, maintaining the discount matrix.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration within and across departments.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process.
- Adhere to all company Health and Safety procedures.
- Maintain compliance with all other company policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Experience:
