Job Purpose:
Be the first point of contact at the site and provide exceptional customer service to customers, drivers, and visitors. Maintain a high level of service and ensure effective communication within the Spalding team. Ensure compliance with company procedures and food safety regulations. Support the smooth operation of the warehouse and administration tasks.
Duties include:
- Complying with company and depot procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and maintaining relevant documentation.
- Contributing to a safe working environment and adhering to health and safety standards.
- Identifying training and development needs and ensuring continuity of service provision.
- Effective communication with customers and colleagues.
