The predicted salary is between 21600 - 28800 Β£ per year.

Location: Harlow | Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm | Salary: Up to Β£27,000

We are looking for a reliable and organised Administrator to support our clients Property Managers with the day-to-day administration of residential properties.

Key responsibilities:

  • Raising and tracking repair and maintenance orders
  • Requesting and chasing contractor quotes
  • Arranging access with Residents, Caretakers & Key holders
  • Updating property management systems and records
  • Responding to resident and client emails and calls
  • Logging repair requests and general enquiries
  • Sending updates, notices, and routine correspondence
  • Checking and uploading contractor invoices
  • Supporting service charge and arrears administration
  • Maintaining compliance and safety documents
  • Keeping property, ownership, and contractor records up to date
  • Assisting with meetings, inspections, and general office admin
