Production Operative - NIGHTSHIFT in Southend-on-Sea

Southend-on-Sea 🕙 10:00pm - 6:00am, Monday to Friday 💷 £12.71 per hour 📄 Temporary to Permanent Opportunity We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Southend-on-Sea. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced production professional looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position. The Role As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for operating production machinery and ensuring products are manufactured efficiently and to a high standard. Duties include: Operating and monitoring production machinery Carrying out quality checks on finished products Following production schedules and work instructions Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Reporting any machine faults or issues Assisting with general production duties as required Requirements Previous machine operating experience is essential Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment Good attention to detail and quality standards Reliable with a strong work ethic Able to work independently and as part of a team What's on Offer? £12.71 per hour Night shift working pattern (10pm - 6am) Temporary to permanent opportunity On-site parking Immediate start availableIf you have previous machine operating experience and are looking for a new opportunity in Southend, we'd love to hear from you.
