If you are passionate about providing top-notch support and have a positive attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Location: Office based in Southend, Essex.

Working Hours: 9am till 5.30pm - Monday to Friday. Full-time position with an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and managing retention activities against business KPIs.
  • Achieving individual objectives and key performance indicators as set.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via outbound and inbound calls and emails.
  • Supporting clients and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maximising business opportunities through product knowledge.
  • Timely and professional policy administration.
  • Assisting colleagues from various areas of the business, including liaising with insurance providers, claims handling, and general administration.
  • Adhering to company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
