Location: Bristol Court, United Drive, Feltham, TW14 9AG - Fully Office Based

Contract: Fixed-term Secondment Cover - 6 months (possible extension)

Hourly Rate: £21.41 PAYE / £28.48 Umbrella

Hours: Mon-Fri, 36 hours

Are you passionate about supporting vulnerable residents to live independently while delivering excellent housing management services? We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Senior Extra Care Officer to join our team at Bristol Court, a thriving Extra Care Housing scheme in Feltham. This is a full-time, site-based position providing cover for a secondment. Please note that remote working is not available, and the successful candidate will be required to work on-site five days per week.

About the Service

Bristol Court is a specialist Extra Care Housing scheme consisting of 94 self-contained flats supporting residents aged 18 and over, including:

  • Older people
  • People living with dementia
  • Individuals with learning disabilities
  • Individuals with mental health needs

Our aim is to help residents maintain their independence while ensuring they feel safe, supported, and connected within their community.

About the Role

As Senior Extra Care Officer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing management and tenancy support services. Working closely with the Housing Management team, you will support residents throughout their tenancy journey while helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-managed housing environment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing tenancy sign-ups and supporting new residents to settle into their homes
  • Handling tenancy-related enquiries and providing housing advice
  • Supporting rent
