We are seeking a QC Component Sampler to join a leading Quality Control team based at Eastleigh (Southampton). This role plays a vital part in ensuring raw materials meet strict quality standards before entering the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Sample and inspect raw materials against established specifications.
- Conduct quality checks and assist with testing activities.
- Investigate and support the resolution of out-of-specification (OOS) results and non-conformances.
- Liaise with suppliers and escalate quality concerns where necessary.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure all safety standards are followed.
- Work in accordance with GMP and quality procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
What We're Looking For
- No previous sampling experience required - full training will be provided.
- Manufacturing, warehouse, or quality control experience would be advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset.
- Good colour vision and sense of smell.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift up to 15kg throughout the shift.
