What You'll Do:

  • Carry out routine and non-routine work activities.
  • Conduct new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance activities.
  • Efficiently manage reactive work requests and assist with minor new installations.
  • Perform weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets.
  • Escort contractors during inspections and installations.
  • Adhere strictly to relevant policies and procedures while maintaining tool lists.
  • Comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.

What We're Looking For:

Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds part II or a minimum NVQ Level 2 in electrical services.

Experience:

  • Proven experience across the electrical trade.
  • Previous work in a medical environment is preferable.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Computer literate to manage work requests and documentation.
  • Own tools and PPE for safe working practices.
  • A current manual driving licence.
  • A satisfactory attendance record with the ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays.
