What You'll Do:
- Carry out routine and non-routine work activities.
- Conduct new works, repairs, and routine planned maintenance activities.
- Efficiently manage reactive work requests and assist with minor new installations.
- Perform weekly planned preventative maintenance dockets.
- Escort contractors during inspections and installations.
- Adhere strictly to relevant policies and procedures while maintaining tool lists.
- Comply with Health and Safety and Security Regulations.
What We're Looking For:
Qualifications:
- City & Guilds part II or a minimum NVQ Level 2 in electrical services.
Experience:
- Proven experience across the electrical trade.
- Previous work in a medical environment is preferable.
Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
- Computer literate to manage work requests and documentation.
- Own tools and PPE for safe working practices.
- A current manual driving licence.
- A satisfactory attendance record with the ability to work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays.
