Looking for a fast-paced sales role where you can earn big and stay busy? Adecco Romford & London East are looking for a driven, high-energy Telesales Operative who thrives in a high-volume call environment and is motivated by hitting (and smashing) targets!

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to customers (all warm leads that have already been generated)
  • Discussing finance options and guiding customers through approvals
  • Converting applications into approvals and booking appointments for the sales team
  • Working in a target-driven environment with clear KPIs and earning potential
