In this role, you will develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, helping teams enhance their understanding and utilization of various digital systems. You will also be responsible for creating online and in-person training resources, ensuring compliance with data standards, and driving improved system usage across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Develop and deliver tailored training sessions, including classroom-based and one-on-one coaching, to support staff in using business applications effectively.
- Training Materials Development: Create training resources, including videos and online materials, to cater to diverse learning needs.
- Systems Use & Compliance: Ensure teams follow established data policies and procedures, promoting best practices and compliance.
