Overview
We are looking for an organised, engaging and proactive individual who enjoys building relationships and creating new opportunities. This role will play a key part in expanding community healthcare services by developing partnerships with GP practices and other healthcare stakeholders. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong networks, supporting existing accounts, and helping drive growth across your region. While healthcare experience can be beneficial, we are primarily looking for someone with the personality, motivation and organisational skills to succeed in a relationship-focused business development role. Full training will be provided. This is a remote-based position combining home working with regular travel for site visits, stakeholder meetings and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GP practices and healthcare stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including telephone calls, networking and email engagement.
- Visit GP practices and healthcare settings to introduce services, deliver marketing materials and build awareness.
