The Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join a busy and growing operation based in Taunton. This is a hands-on role involving forklift operation, stock movement, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the warehouse and production teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Moving stock and materials throughout the site
- Supporting warehouse and production operations
- Carrying out stock checks and inventory movements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Adhering to all Health & Safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (RTITB, ITSSAR or equivalent)
- Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Warehouse or manufacturing experience desirable
