Role Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you will act as a trusted partner to internal and external stakeholders, translating business needs into scalable solutions across the user, partner, and client lifecycle. You will manage relationships, deliver exceptional partner care, and contribute to solution development, strategy, and execution. This role requires strong technical acumen, consultative skills, and the ability to influence solution direction with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Plan and manage projects, including timelines, status reporting, issue tracking, and documentation. Facilitate meetings, propose next steps, and resolve roadblocks proactively.
- Solution Development & Documentation: Update existing solution content and create repeatable resources (e.g., best practices, tutorials). Contribute to business efficiency plans and identify opportunities for improvement. Define long-term solution strategies with cross-functional teams. Execute solutions based on defined business objectives and technical requirements.
- Risk Mitigation & Innovation: Identify trends in solution issues and collaborate with engineering teams to mitigate risks. Develop new delivery workflows and drive solution innovation.
- Technical & Business Consultation: Customize or develop technical/non-technical solutions compliant with legal requirements. Support architecture design and feature requests for solution development.
- Partner Engagement: Generate insights, participate in business reviews, and contribute to partner strategies. Provide reactive consultation to identify new business opportunities.
- Product Gap Analysis: Assess gaps in current products based on feedback and metrics. Communicate issues to internal teams and contribute to feature development.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with manager-level stakeholders to troubleshoot and optimize solutions. Coach internal/external teams on new solutions and industry trends.
