We are working with a well-established organisation in the telecoms sector who are looking to recruit a De-installations Assistant to join their field-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and travelling to different project sites.
The Role
- Supporting telecoms projects across various customer sites, you will be involved in:
- Assisting with the decommissioning and removal of telecoms equipment
- Dismantling infrastructure and recovering cabling
- Loading and unloading equipment safely
- Supporting site logistics including deliveries and collections
- Assisting with asset tracking, stock control, and equipment labelling
- Preparing materials for reuse, storage, or recycling
This is a field-based role involving regular travel, with overnight stays during the working week.
About You
- Hands-on and practical approach to work
- Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Flexible and willing to travel and stay away when required
- Basic IT skills for recording and tracking assets
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
