Warehouse / Production Operative Snodland 12.75 per hour – Weekly Pay

Working Hours

  • Monday-Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
  • Friday: 7:30am - 12:30pm

About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, team-focused company in Snodland who are looking to expand their factory team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work. Whether you have previous warehouse/production experience or enjoy DIY, assembly, or using hand tools outside of work – we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Moving materials and finished products around the factory
  • Wrapping and packaging items ready for dispatch
  • Reading and measuring accurately using a tape measure
  • Carrying out basic assembly tasks
  • Supporting general warehouse operations

What We’re Looking For

  • A positive, reliable attitude
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
  • Experience with hand tools or assembly (work or hobby-based) is beneficial but not essential
