About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a friendly, team-focused company in Snodland who are looking to expand their factory team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work. Whether you have previous warehouse/production experience or enjoy DIY, assembly, or using hand tools outside of work – we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Moving materials and finished products around the factory
- Wrapping and packaging items ready for dispatch
- Reading and measuring accurately using a tape measure
- Carrying out basic assembly tasks
- Supporting general warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
- A positive, reliable attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work
- Experience with hand tools or assembly (work or hobby-based) is beneficial but not essential
