Are you looking for an opportunity to build a long-term career within manufacturing? We are currently recruiting for a Paint Shop Operative to join a busy and fast-paced production environment in Snodland. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically fit, and keen to learn. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to progress within the paint shop as your skills develop.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of products for painting
- Supporting the paint shop team with daily production activities
- Loading and unloading products safely
- Maintaining quality standards throughout the process
- Following instructions and training to develop new skills
- Keeping the work area clean, organised, and safe
- Working efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
What We're Looking For:
- Able to safely carry out manual handling and lifting duties as required by the role.
- Good level of spoken and written English
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience within a powder coating, wet spray, manufacturing, or production environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
