Our client is seeking a HR expert People Partner to be part of a large transformation project where you will work across the entire HR function within Group Functions to develop, execute and govern the company's people strategy.
To be successful in this role you will have previous experience of working on large scale people / HR transformation projects.
Essential experience required:
- Strong generalist strategic People background, with experience delivering people related activities across a wide range of HR subject matters - requires strong experience in OD, and transformation.
- Experience of working in generalist HR in a complex, matrix organisation - ideally experienced working within Group Functions.
- Excellent communication skills; articulate, compelling, engaging and a highly inclusive manner.
- Proven experience in contributing to the development of the overall business strategy and vision, and in influencing strategic decisions at board level which have business-wide implications.
- Strong influencing and communication skills, at all levels including board and executive committee and key external stakeholders.
- Skilled in matrix working.
- Evidence of CPD in the field of HR would be advantageous along with CIPD membership and accreditation.
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Slough
Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office / 3 days working from home (days in the office will be higher during the initial part of the contract)
Rate: £600/d Inside IR35
Contract: 6 months initial contract (likely to extend)
