Our client is seeking a L&D Specialist to join a busy team supporting Group Finance. In this role, you will support the Head of L&D BP's by working with Group Finance to identify and support Finance L&D needs.
To be successful in this role, your essential background must include previous experience of providing finance-focused L&D support and advice to internal stakeholders within a large corporation. You will be confident and articulate in finance processes, roles, and CPD requirements.
Essential experience required:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a L&D role in a corporate setting
- Experience in obtaining CPD accreditation with the big accounting institutes (e.g. CIMA, ICAEW, ACCA) (Essential)
- Finance background (Qualifications desirable)
- Excel / PowerPoint / Word skills
About You:
- Hands-on
- Strong communicator both written and verbally with great presentation skills
- Able to research learning providers and solutions to find commercial solutions to learning needs
- Good relations and stakeholder management skills
- Project Management - Able to juggle multiple priorities and project manage interventions from start to finish
- Analytical: Able to analyse data and present it visually using PowerPoint or Excel
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid (2 - 3 days in a Slough based office per week)
Rate: £500/d Inside IR35
Contract: 12 Months
