The focus is on providing a comprehensive in-house printing solution exclusively for printers, distributors, and agencies, ensuring that clients receive everything from one-off posters to large-scale banner orders.
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their vibrant sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established portfolio of trade customers while helping them grow their business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of trade accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
- Discuss quote requests and briefs via email and telephone.
- Provide accurate quotes and additional information needed by customers.
- Convert quotes into sales orders upon cost approval.
- Keep customers updated on order progress and liaise with production and artwork departments to resolve any queries.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Learn the complete product range to offer expert advice and identify opportunities for upselling.
- After probation, take on new accounts transitioned from the new business team, nurturing these relationships into long-term partnerships.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- A high level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
- Strong ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in print, signage, or a similar account management role is advantageous, but full product training will be provided.
