Skilled Operative - Caravan Manufacturing

Location: HU7, Hull

Pay Rate: £16.01 per hour

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm

We are currently recruiting Skilled Operatives to join a well‑established and leading caravan manufacturer based in HU7. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, hands‑on individuals who take pride in delivering high‑quality workmanship within a fast‑paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install furniture, fixtures, and internal structures to a high standard of accuracy and finish
  • Assemble, fit, and secure components within caravan units in line with build specifications
  • Confidently and safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
  • Read and follow technical drawings or work instructions where required
  • Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality procedures
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
  • Collaborate effectively with other skilled trades and production team members

  • Proven experience in a skilled operative role (carpentry, manufacturing, assembly, fitting, or similar)
