Skilled Operative - Caravan Manufacturing 📍 Location: HU7, Hull 💷 Pay Rate: £16.01 per hour ⏰ Hours: Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 5:45pm The Role We are currently recruiting Skilled Operatives to join a well-established and leading caravan manufacturer based in HU7. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced, hands-on individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship within a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Install furniture, fixtures, and internal structures to a high standard of accuracy and finish Assemble, fit, and secure components within caravan units in line with build specifications Confidently and safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery Read and follow technical drawings or work instructions where required Work efficiently to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards Ensure all work complies with health, safety, and quality procedures Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area Collaborate effectively with other skilled trades and production team members What We're Looking For Proven experience in a skilled operative role (carpentry, manufacturing, assembly, fitting, or similar) Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team A proactive, reliable, and safety-conscious approach Flexibility and commitment to meeting production demands What's in It for You Competitive hourly rate of £16.01 Full-time, ongoing work with long-term opportunities Regular weekday hours Supportive team environment within a growing manufacturer📩 Interested?
