Role Overview:
We are recruiting for a Signage Installer to join a growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals with a trade background and a flexible approach to working hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of signage across various sites
- Working a mix of day and night shifts (average 3 nights away per week, mainly Sunday-Thursday)
- Occasional weekend work (average 2 Sundays per month, flexible)
- Ensuring high standards of safety and quality on all installations
- Representing the company professionally on client sites
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Valid CSCS card (in date)
- IPAF certification beneficial but not essential
- Trade background preferred (e.g. carpenter, electrician, plumber)
- Comfortable with travel and overnight stays
- Flexible to work unsociable hours when required
Pay & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 10 PM, before 5 AM, and on weekends
- All travel time, hotel accommodation, and £15 food expenses covered
