The role involves managing a high volume of short‑term and long‑term sickness cases, ensuring consistent, fair, and legally compliant handling across the organization. You will provide end‑to‑end case management support from referral through to resolution, lead and support disciplinary processes, advise managers on best practice, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal HR policies. You will also help deliver the project objectives within agreed timelines.
