We are currently looking for a motivated and proactive Administrator to join our client in an exciting Shipping Administration role. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving manufacturing organisation who are committed to delivering high-quality products and services.

Job Title: Shipping Administrator

Location: Chesterfield, S42

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: 28,000

As Shipping Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping operations to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will be essential in maintaining high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all shipping logistics, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
  • Organise all relevant export documentation and paperwork.
  • Work with freight forwarders and haulage companies.
  • Maintain accurate dispatch documentation.
  • Resolve any shipping related issues promptly and efficiently.

Experience
