About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, an established and thriving manufacturing business who are seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Marketing Manager to lead and deliver their marketing strategy. Working closely with the sales leadership team, you'll play a key role in developing marketing initiatives that deliver measurable commercial outcomes while strengthening the company's position within its target markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand & Strategic Marketing
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives.
- Maintain and develop brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
- Promote and strengthen brand positioning within key markets and industry sectors.
- Manage and govern company imagery, branding assets, and marketing materials.
- Digital Marketing
- Lead SEO activities to improve online visibility and website performance.
- Manage Google Ads and PPC campaigns, monitoring ROI and campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
- Oversee website content, functionality, user experience, and analytics reporting.
- Monitor and analyse digital marketing performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead Generation & Commercial Support
- Develop and manage lead generation campaigns to create a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads.
- Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives.
- Produce sales collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, and supporting marketing materials.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimise activity to maximise return on investment.
- Events & Industry Marketing
- Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Manage advertising opportunities within relevant industry publications and associations.
- Identify opportunities to increase market visibility, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
- Marketing Operations
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Maintain marketing documentation, systems, and asset libraries.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and creative partners.
- Ensure effective version control and governance of marketing materials.
About You

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience within a Marketing Manager or similar marketing leadership role.
