We are working with a leading global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Data Integration Engineer to join their London based team. This is a hands on role focused on delivering high quality data solutions within a regulatory driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain data integration pipelines
- Work extensively with ETL tools DataStage (required)
- Develop and optimise SQL queries PL SQL T SQL
- Perform data modelling and transformation
- Build and manage data marts
- Ensure data quality governance and compliance standards
- Support regulatory reporting requirements
Required Skills and Experience
- Strong hands on experience with DataStage (must have)
- Solid experience with Oracle and SQL Server databases
- Advanced SQL skills PL SQL T SQL
- Proven experience in ETL and data integration
- Experience within banking or financial services ideally regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of data quality and governance
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Azure Databricks
- Experience with middleware tools Kafka MQ IIB
- Knowledge of AQR ECB reporting
