Requirements
- Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
- Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
- Knowledge of CMDB and the ServiceNow data model
- Experience with integrations, including APIs and data mapping
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are desirable
- Exposure to ITOM, CSM, or AI modules is desirable
- Experience with eBonding or Service Exchange is desirable
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
- Configure platform components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request
- Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
- Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions
