Requirements

  • Active SC Clearance (must already hold)
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations
  • Strong configuration and development experience within ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of CMDB and the ServiceNow data model
  • Experience with integrations, including APIs and data mapping
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD are desirable
  • Exposure to ITOM, CSM, or AI modules is desirable
  • Experience with eBonding or Service Exchange is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver ServiceNow ITSM solutions
  • Configure platform components, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Flow Designer
  • Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage core ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request
  • Work with CMDB and CSDM frameworks
  • Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
  • Lead stakeholder workshops and solution design sessions
