Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional image to ensure a positive customer experience throughout their journey.
- Communicate clearly and transparently to keep customers informed about their situations.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures to deliver compliant customer outcomes.
- Challenge existing processes to enhance the customer experience and suggest improvements.
- Manage incidents for vulnerable customers, providing the most appropriate support.
- Record and resolve customer complaints effectively, striving for first-time resolution.
- Report any breaches of operational processes and policies.
- Utilise various tools to maintain contact with customers, achieving favourable outcomes.
- Apply effective questioning techniques to understand customer circumstances and manage incidents promptly.
Skills Required:
- Confident telephone manner and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work towards targets, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities with great attention to detail.
