Our client is seeking a Service Demand Planning Associate to join their dynamic team in Burgess Hill for a temporary, full-time position lasting 6 months. What You'll Do

  • Coordinating Supply-Demand Balancing: Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective resource management.
  • Capacity Forecasting: Support the execution of capacity forecasts to help achieve business strategic goals.
  • Monitoring Demand and Supply: Utilize digital tools and systems to regularly check the balance of service activities, addressing any imbalances proactively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve supply issues and support weekly demand-supply balance meetings.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure the highest standards of data entry and reporting for inventory management.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Keep all key stakeholders updated on demand planning requirements, ensuring transparency and efficiency in communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with stakeholders for day-to-day resource planning.
  • Proactively manage and communicate about out-of-hours cases and planning decisions.
  • Collaborate with the Service Demand Planning Specialists for mid to long-term capacity planning, focusing on proactive service activities.

Qualifications

  • A level educated or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Mathematics).
  • Previous experience in demand planning is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strong data analysis skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
