Based in Kings Cross London Monday to Friday £33.65 an hour (Weekly pay) WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR The role of a Senior, Strategic Partner Representative is critical as we accelerate our focus towards our strategic partner. We are looking for someone with account relationship experience and sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Account Management: Work with Strategic Account Manager to effectively execute the strategic account plan. Accountable for all elements of account management including futures, at once and closeout sales, in line with budgets and specific order capture deadlines. Provide account feedback to key stakeholders including the Strategic Account Manager and the Business Planner. Consistently develop market knowledge on product trends, pricing, and competition to maximize product placement and sales within the account. Effective implementation of seasonal brand communication initiatives, in line with strategic partner direction. Planning: Work with Strategic Account Manager to develop accurate and realistic go-to-market plans, seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans. Conduct monthly and seasonal business reviews with account. Meet all reporting deadlines in a timely and consistent manner. Communication: Establish and maintain timely, consistent, and positive external and internal relationships. Provide exceptional customer service by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer\’s business. Communicate daily with customer operations contacts and Strategic Account Manager ensuring all are aware and informed of opportunities, problems, progress, and support needed. Results: Accountable for the execution and coordination of the day-to-day running of the account, ensuring all budgets and deadlines are met in a timely and consistent manner throughout the entire GTM process. WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH In this role, you will report to a Strategic Account Manager. You will work very closely with the Integrated Account team and more specifically with the Business Planning Team and Customer Operations Team. WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years account management and/or buying experience ideally within the Fashion / Sports or Retail industry or FMCG industry. Experience of managing account relationships across buying and merchandising. Strong strategic capabilities. Sales experience with a strong awareness of selling dynamics. Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written, with effective presentation skills. Strong communication skills – cross-functional. Process and operational capability. Strong team dynamic – cross multiple functions. Ability to analyze retailer sales data to identify opportunities, and act accordingly.
