About the Role
We are seeking a
Specialised Devices & Services Sales Representative to support partner growth, sales execution, and customer success initiatives across the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will manage partner relationships, drive demand-generation activities, support strategic account planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver commercial objectives.
This role requires a commercially minded professional with experience in digital retail, e-commerce, consumer technology, or partner management environments.
The ideal candidate will be analytical, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute partner-focused demand generation activities, including events, campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
- Support the planning and delivery of strategic marketing programs across both digital and retail channels.
- Drive execution of annual account and territory plans, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and product availability.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and business performance reporting.
- Manage relationships with assigned partners, serving as a key point of contact.
- Support customer success initiatives by collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and key results.
- Analyse sales and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Assist in developing business development opportunities, partner agreements, and joint business plans.
- Coordinate day-to-day operational processes to ensure smooth execution of partner activities and commercial programs.
- Recommend creative solutions to improve partner performance, customer engagement, and sales outcomes.
- Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in digital retail, e-commerce, partner support, account management, or a related commercial function.
- Experience supporting online promotional campaigns, product launches, sales programs, or marketplace initiatives.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with regional, country-level, and global teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
